Participants will connect these insights to realistic career pathways, set short- and long-term goals, and create a personalized career action plan with guidance from a professional career counselor. Professional Communication
This seminar helps individuals develop the foundational principles and practices of professional communication needed for success in diverse workplace environments. Learners will strengthen their verbal, nonverbal, listening, and written communication skills, learn how to plan and deliver clear, effective messages, and produce accurate business deliverables such as emails, reports, and presentations. Students are prepared to take the Critical Career Skills – Professional Communication certification exam.
